1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and pbingo ("pbingo," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the pbingo website located at https://pbingo.app and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating a pbingo account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the pbingo Platform.

2Eligibility

To register and use pbingo, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine law governing casino-style gambling.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal at the time of play.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of pbingo, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the pbingo Platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

pbingo reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to an eligible player will be suspended pending verification, and any winnings accrued during the period of ineligibility may be voided.

3Account Registration

Each individual may register only one (1) pbingo account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering your pbingo account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number or email address, and any other information requested during registration or KYC verification.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Keep your pbingo login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify pbingo immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account.

pbingo implements a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license) and proof of address before withdrawals are processed.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on pbingo are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). pbingo supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.
• Deposits are credited to your pbingo account balance in real time or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method.
• pbingo does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) hour. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
• pbingo does not charge withdrawal fees. Processing times may vary during peak periods or when additional verification is required.
• Withdrawals will only be processed after KYC verification is complete.

pbingo reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

5Bonuses & Promotions

pbingo offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

General bonus rules applicable to all pbingo promotions:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• pbingo reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of software errors — will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms.

6Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the pbingo Platform use certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. pbingo's RNG systems are subject to independent testing and certification by recognized gaming testing laboratories.

Each game on pbingo is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of a discrepancy between the game display and the server-side result, the server-side result shall be deemed correct and final.

pbingo does not guarantee any specific outcome, return-to-player percentage, or winning result for any individual player or session. Past results do not predict future outcomes. All gambling involves risk , and players should only wager amounts they can afford to lose.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pbingo Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live dealer games and bingo rooms.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and must be returned.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity through the Platform.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pbingo staff, live dealers, or other players through any communication channel on the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the pbingo Platform or its underlying software.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location.

8Responsible Gaming

pbingo is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we take seriously our obligation to help players who may be experiencing gambling-related harm.

pbingo provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings after login:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your pbingo account.
• Session Time Reminders — Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks — Periodic on-screen summaries of your net win/loss for the current session.
• Cool-Off Periods — Take a temporary break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without full self-exclusion.
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently or temporarily close your pbingo account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the pbingo Platform — including but not limited to the pbingo name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of pbingo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any pbingo content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on pbingo content.
• Use any pbingo trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of pbingo's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by pbingo.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pbingo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

pbingo's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pbingo account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pbingo does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pbingo makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose or the accuracy of any information displayed.

pbingo shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, internet outages, government actions, or third-party service failures.

11Privacy & Data

pbingo collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pbingo implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption and two-factor authentication, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and pbingo cannot guarantee absolute security.

pbingo will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or necessary to provide the Platform's services.

12Amendments to These Terms

pbingo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pbingo will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at https://pbingo.app/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were most recently revised.

Your continued use of the pbingo Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting pbingo support.

13Termination & Account Closure

pbingo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Conduct that pbingo reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other players.

Upon termination for cause, pbingo may withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, pbingo reserves the right to forfeit the account balance in accordance with applicable law.

Players may voluntarily close their pbingo account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus amounts that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within five (5) business days.

14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and pbingo, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting pbingo's customer support team. pbingo will endeavor to respond to and resolve complaints within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
